You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for an assistant retail manager, which we call an assistant store leader. As an assistant retail manager, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience. This role is based in Owen Sound and requires travel to our Barrie location for training.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun.
- Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety).
