Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service during shifts.
Supervise service staff on the floor, ensuring orders are taken correctly and guests are attended to promptly.
Monitor table service, order punching, and coordination with the kitchen to maintain quick turnaround times.
Support staff training and ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
Handle guest feedback and resolve basic complaints on the floor.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
Assist with stock monitoring for service items such as cutlery, crockery, beverages, and takeaway supplies.
Use POS systems for order management and basic sales tracking.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
