Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Pasig. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, building and managing a team, building a profitable business, ensuring compliance with company policies, and improving sales through marketing and promotions.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring and building and managing a team
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of local and international cuisines and food and beverage trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in marketing and promotions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
