Primary Responsibilities Include
- Support the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and lead the team by example.
- Supervise, coach and support the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, reservations and smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
