Assistant Restaurant Manager

Black Diamond Bar & Grill is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.

Job Description

• Assist in overseeing daily kitchen and restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and service.
• Supervise back-of-house staff, including cooks and kitchen assistants, to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the head chef on menu execution, portion control, and food presentation.
• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering ingredients, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of food items to minimize waste and spoilage.
