We are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high‑end brand
- Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
- Familiarity with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
- Ability to motivate and drive the team
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service
