Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the project site, leading the site supervision team and acting as the Client’s Representative.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and provide early warnings to the Project Manager and Client regarding potential issues or required decisions.
• Evaluate and approve contractor payment applications, certify completed work, and ensure unsatisfactory or incomplete work is excluded.
