Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality progress and safety compliance.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor contractor's execution against baseline program, resources, and productivity.
- Verify and sign off on Inspection & Test Plans, ITPs, Material Approval Requests, MARs and quality control documents.
- Inspect and approve structural, architectural and MEP works including excavation, concrete, steel, finishes and installations.
- Assist in drafting and following up on Site Instructions (SIs), NCRs and Warning Letters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of approvals, sign-offs and compliance issues.
- Support RE in preparing weekly/monthly reports, risk registers, KPIs and contract administration tasks.
