Description: The role involves working on projects associated with Sewerage and Stormwater Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks Pumping Station, Recycling Plant and rehabilitation works. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration, construction, supervising & monitoring.
Key Accountabilities
- Interacting with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements.
- Interacting with contractor sub‑contractor and laboratory & monitoring construction work on a daily basis.
- Control the site inspection and testing, maintaining inspection reports and site test records.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
- Review and approve design documents, construction plan and procedure.
- Perform civil and structural tests.
