Job Description
- Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in‑depth interviews, and other research processes including conducting fieldwork as needed.
- Analyze data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision‑making process.
- Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others).
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- College graduate.
- At least 4 years’ work experience in a related field.
