Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, Academic Regulations, the Assistant Registrar is responsible for activities related to timetable operations and class scheduling. They manage a team of five full‑time staff that develop and build the academic timetable and formal examination schedule for all programs. The incumbent develops standards and approaches to ensure scheduling systems and technology support adaptability and effective space management for the Registrar’s Office and the broader university community.
