Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates in a timely manner.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Review tender specifications, drawings, and contract requirements for costing purposes.
- Respond promptly to quotation requests and general email enquiries from clients and consultants.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on tender and quotation matters.
- Engage clients via phone calls and correspondence to gather information and follow up on tender progress with main contractors.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors where required.
- Undertake general administrative duties, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
