Job Description
- Assist in managing the overall Quality Management System (QMS) and daily quality operations, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and customer quality activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and work closely with suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement.
