Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our growing consultancy team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works across a range of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation for MEP systems.
- Support the measurement and valuation of MEP works in accordance with standard methods.
- Review and analyze contract documents, drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the evaluation of contractor variations, claims and interim payment applications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities.
