Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager (APM) to support the daily operations of a US-based property management company. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with 2–3 Property Managers, helping coordinate property operations, tenant communications, maintenance requests, leasing activities, and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, comfortable communicating with US-based clients and tenants, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.
