Assistant Project Manager-Internship full time- Abu Dhabi

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for assisting the project team in the following:

• Project Management: Assist with influencer casting, outreach, follow‑ups, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content monitoring, and reporting
• Creative & Strategy: Contribute to benchmarks, digital trends, competitor analysis, and the development of influencer guidelines, with a strong understanding of regional nuances
• On‑Ground Management: Support the hosting of influencers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects Abu Dhabi’s values, culture, and renowned hospitality
• Internal Coordination: Maintain clear and structured reporting within the team to ensure smooth project flow

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Ideally, you have initial experience working with social media and/or influencers
