Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the project manager in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Assist in developing and managing project schedules, milestones, and timelines. Identify potential project risks and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates. Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, teams, and subcontractors. Assist in resolving project issues and challenges, ensuring smooth project progression. Help maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. Provide support in making informed decisions for project success.
