Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in research. Consistently applies technical skills and adopts emerging technologies.
• Conducts independent research and studies.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in facilitating training sessions. Provides instruction, facilitates monitoring and evaluation of programs/projects and services including trainees’ progress and development, offers technical and instructional services to TVIs and partners, engages in productivity measures.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
