Assistant Production Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead afternoon shift operations in a fast‑paced and high‑growth food manufacturing environment. This role provides direct leadership over a team of 50+ employees and requires a confident, hands‑on leader who can exercise judgment, operate independently, and provide steady oversight on the production floor.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will take full ownership of shift performance, driving results, supporting Supervisors, and ensuring all production activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You’ll act as the primary escalation point during your shift, making sound, timely decisions and ensuring operational continuity, including after‑hours support when needed.
