Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production (Final Assembly) to lead final assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consumer durable manufacturing with strong expertise in production planning, manpower management, quality, and continuous improvement. About the Role Lead Final Assembly operations and ensure achievement of daily & monthly production targets (UPH). Responsibilities Plan and optimize manpower deployment for smooth production execution. Drive improvements in First Time Right (FTR), productivity, and overall operational efficiency. Monitor and reduce scrap while maintaining quality standards. Ensure adherence to ISO, IMS, Process Control Plans, and production documentation.
