Assistant Production Finance Accountant

The Assistant Production Finance Accountant is responsible for assisting the Production Finance Accountant on television productions in prep and post. This role provides an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the entertainment industry, and to join a team that is committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.

Accountabilities

• Performs the entering of accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and pcard transactions
• Uses problem‑solving skills to identify procedural inconsistencies and recommend process improvements that will ensure our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.

Qualifications & Experience

• Accounting or Business Administration bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third‑party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.
