About the role
The Assistant Procurement Manager leads contractor sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award contract administration while ensuring compliance with ATI policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and other responsibilities for assigned civil projects, particularly high-value and strategic tenders.
- Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operational teams to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes, manage contractual risks, and support successful project delivery
Qualities, Skills and Experience
