Role Description

  • Manages end-to-end purchase.
  • office/administration functions.
  • including financial record-keeping (where needed)

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Sourcing suppliers, doing comparisons and negotiating contracts (with the support of stakeholder/s)
  • Processing PO's and invoices for submission with Regional Finance
  • Experience in Accounting related role
  • Multi-tasking, as and when needed/required by the (AVP and/or) GM
  • Direct reporting line: GM

Qualifications

  • Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing experience, at least 2 years working experience in Luxury Retail industry.
