The Business Support Assistant is responsible for data acquisition, processing, and delivering high-quality, accurate reports to clients within fixed time frames while adhering to KPIs related to quality, timeliness, and productivity. The role supports Junior Account Managers, ensures task accuracy, trains new team members, maintains process documentation with the Account Owner, and collaborates on customer and non-facing support activities such as rate requests, rate card maintenance, fuel updates, spot quotations, and invoice audits.
