Responsibilities
- Assists the Plant Manager with the over-all supervision of departmental personnel, general plant operation and maintenance to achieve the production objectives.
- Conducts the daily inspection of all machinery and equipment, making sure that these are in good running condition.
- Assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of the maintenance personnel in coordination with the Plant manager.
- Requests and makes follow-up, if necessary, the outsourced technical services and additional tools needed by the maintenance section.
- Reports machines/equipment failure and status of the machine/equipment maintenance work to the Plant Manager.
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
