Overview
Envy Consulting Group is recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager for a growing food distribution and logistics organization located near the airport (Etobicoke, ON, On-Site).
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, procurement, and sales operations
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and replenishment planning
- Assist with logistics scheduling and distribution coordination
- Support customer orders, operational follow-ups, and internal communication
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control
- Assist with SOP implementation and operational compliance
- Oversee warehouse, facility, and company vehicle maintenance
- Lead monthly JHSC meetings and maintain health & safety documentation
