Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, a fleet of 40+ vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, Transits, and both 20‑24 seat mini buses), manage staff performance, streamline processes, and ensure company goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
