The Assistant Solar Plant Manager leads and manages the overall execution of plant operation, maintenance, engineering, procurement, human resources, public relations, and other administrative activities. The role jointly manages company financial performance and group initiatives to achieve and surpass key performance indicators for the solar plants.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all operational matters of the power plant and supervision of all works and activities performed to ensure plant performance targets and objectives are achieved. The role ensures compliance with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), other key contracts, and all local regulatory and legislative requirements related to plant operations, policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
