Assistant Operations Controller

**What you will do**
The key responsibilities of this position include preparation and review of financial plans, forecasts and results.
You will also be responsible for leading all finance aspects of USA to Mexico production line transition (production, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, staffing, fixed/variable costs) and provide visibility and drive the result of the transition costs as well as the net productivity with USA + Mexico sites.
**How you will do it**
- Assist with factory's budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review.
- Lead the financial setup of buy-resell business scheme.
- Track the actual profitability including pricing, tariff, inbound freight, contracts.
