Position Overview
Accountable for operational planning of the product lines under his/her charge working closely with the other functional departments. Responsible for adequate planning of production in all repair lines to meet Daily, Weekly and Monthly production targets and other defined measures of performance, such as Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD). Accountable for ensuring operational indicators within CORE Control Tower are met. Accountable for all supervisory and human resource responsibilities for all direct reports (Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Training, Communications, Discipline). Be accountable for specific area(s) of the EH&S program as assigned and Quality standards across the assigned value streams. Develop and mentor Team Leads to assist in optimum operational planning.
