Assistant MIS Manager

The Talent People is representing our client – a publicly listed consumer financial services group with a strong retail footprint across Singapore and the region – in the search for a detail-oriented and technically grounded Assistant MIS Manager to join our team.

You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology, leading requirements gathering, system coordination, and operational reporting— all while ensuring our core platforms run smoothly.

Business Analysis & Technical Coordination

• Lead stakeholder sessions to gather, analyse, and document requirements for system enhancements, new implementations, and automation projects.
• Translate business needs into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and Process Flows (BPMN).
