The Department

As part of the Club’s Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division, the Membership CRM & Intelligence Department plays an essential role in providing quality decision analytics to achieve customer experience excellence for all HKJC Members and their families.

The Job

  • Prepare and evaluate marketing campaigns performance result for the Management
  • Conduct behavioural analyses on Members’ transactional data and reference to market / industry data for like-for-like comparative reviews
  • Conduct business impact analysis and data modelling to facilitate business decision making on Membership policy reviews in terms of sizing, utilization and revenue impact
  • Advocate best data practices, tools and platform, and support management in driving implementation
