Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Wealth Operations is responsible for implementing the sales fulfillment process for the various insurance propositions handled by the Branch Referral and Non-Branch sales team, including fulfilling client requirements for underwriting, policy placement and delivery, MI reporting and maintenance of the client database.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide sales support to the Branch Referral and Non-Branch sales team: pre‑underwrite application forms and other documents prior to submission to the insurance provider, administer insurance documentation (policies, endorsements, cover notes, claims, renewal notices, invoicing, etc.) and prescribe solutions for client and Sales channel requirements.
- Handle all Sales Channel related insurance end‑to‑end process including MI reports and database; ensure implementation of end‑to‑end process, maintain database integrity, analyse and provide in‑depth MI reports. <...
