Key Responsibilities
- International Student Experience and Integration Manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of targeted initiatives that support international students’ transition across academic, social, and cultural domains. Develop university-wide integration initiatives that promote meaningful social mixing between local and international students, including buddy programmes, intercultural dialogues, and community projects. Partner with schools, student organisations, residential halls, and central offices to embed the integration agenda. Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess outcomes.
