ABOUT THE ROLE A strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring across functions — building sourcing strategies, partnering with business heads, and driving quality hiring outcomes through data and process rigor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TA Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end TA lifecycle Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles & closure timelines Design multi-channel sourcing strategies — portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, campuses Drive closures within TAT/SLA benchmarks; maintain pipelines for critical roles Candidate Experience & Offers Oversee full interview cycle — scheduling, feedback, timely communication Maintain proactive candidate engagement to minimise drop-offs Lead offer negotiations within approved bands and market benchmarks Ensure seamless handover for pre-joining engagement & Day 1 readiness Stakeholder Management Share weekly hiring dashboards — pipeline, funnel metrics, risks & actio...
