Assistant Manager - Statutory Compliance

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to manage and ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling payroll compliances, statutory filings, audits, and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely and accurate compliance execution. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor law compliances. Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and filing of returns as per regulatory requirements. Handle registrations, amendments, renewals, licenses, and closures under various labor laws and statutory authorities. Maintain and monitor compliance calendars to ensure adherence to all statutory deadlines.
