Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager, Standards & Specifications to join our world-class Airline team, supporting our global clientele.
Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible to manage material resource planning and forecast of ingredients for production across Emirates (EK) Economy, EK Premium, Fly Dubai (FZ), Other Airlines (OAL), Central Production Kitchen (CPK), and all lounges, events and festive menus to prevent supply shortages and maintain smooth production flow. Additionally, the role will validate master data through rigorous validation with respect to item codes and Bill of Materials (BOM) for accurate financial impact, while enforcing compliance with the defined standards and specifications.
