Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• 5+ years relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
• Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Candidates must be Filipino citizens living in the Philippines
