We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager - SINGAPORE WEALTH .
In this role, you will:
- Ensure that common fraud / errors / irregular transactions are identified and escalated in accordance with procedures in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high-quality standard.
- Ensure system inputs are double-checked and perfectly executed.
- Maintain awareness of the operational risk scenarios relevant to the role, and ensure all actions consider the likelihood and potential impact of operational risk events.
- Ensure PLA for timeliness and quality is strictly followed.
- Deliver a high-quality customer driven service which provides customers with a positive view of HSBC and meets their expectations in terms of accuracy, timeliness and professionalism.
