Assistant Manager responsible for planning and managing Global Studies overseas trips, acting as trip liaison for students, and overseeing budgeting, procurement and reporting.
Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the planning and management of Global Studies overseas trips; serve as trip liaison for students on selected trips.
- Business partner to schools/departments for student overseas trips.
- Implement and maintain the new student system for the Student Overseas Trip module.
- Support procurement of overseas trips using government procurement methods.
- Manage the Opportunity Fund (OF) budget and approvals for schools and departments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for trip reporting, annual budgeting, and projections.
- Work with travel agents to improve trip quality, safety, and standards.
