Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Force Automation (SFA) System Management

  • Administer and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications.
  • Ensure seamless functioning of mobile applications used by field sales teams.
  • Manage user access, workflows, system configurations, and master data.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.

2. Business Process Optimization

  • Understand sales operations and convert business requirements into efficient SFA workflows.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
  • Drive digitization of sales activities such as order booking, attendance, beat planning, route optimization, and retailer management.
