Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Force Automation (SFA) System Management
- Administer and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications.
- Ensure seamless functioning of mobile applications used by field sales teams.
- Manage user access, workflows, system configurations, and master data.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.
2. Business Process Optimization
- Understand sales operations and convert business requirements into efficient SFA workflows.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
- Drive digitization of sales activities such as order booking, attendance, beat planning, route optimization, and retailer management.
- Ensure timely creation, updating, and uploading of trade schemes and promotional programs within the SFA platform.
