Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the department in performance management-related activities, including the regular monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the interpretation and presentation of key trends to Senior Management. You will assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations and support in the facilitation of quality improvement projects. In addition, you will be involved in other department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment and civil emergency planning.
