Assistant Manager, Sales

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with assigned bank partners and selected Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This role focuses on driving partner‑led revenue, expanding solution distribution, and executing joint go‑to‑market initiatives. The incumbent acts as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day partner engagement, ensuring alignment between partners and internal stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Key responsibilities include partner performance management, pipeline development, onboarding and enablement, and coordinating commercial, technical, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong relationship management, execution discipline, and the ability to translate partner capabilities into scalable business opportunities.
