Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales (BESS Solutions) Generate and qualify leads across C&I, Renewable, Utility, and Infrastructure sectors. Engage customers to understand project requirements and energy storage needs. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and project feasibility. Manage customer follow-ups and support the complete sales cycle. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred. 35 years of experience in BESS, Solar EPC, UPS, Power Quality, or Industrial Electrical Sales. Basic understanding of BESS, Li-ion Batteries, PCS, EMS, Solar Integration, and DG Offset applications. Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
