Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with appointed property agencies and sales agents to drive sales performance throughout the entire buyer journey, from booking submission to loan application, SPA signing, and sales conversion.
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate agency performance, sales progress, turnaround time, and conversion effectiveness to ensure alignment with Company policies and sales objectives.
