Overview

As a Plant Assistant Manager – Projects & Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate across various organizational levels and functions, working with TotalEnergies HQ to manage capex investment long‑term plans and project execution for statutory, security, safety, environment, productivity, maintenance, renewal, CO2e reduction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TotalEnergies HQ on capex investment LTP across statutory, security, safety & environment, development, productivity, maintenance & renewal, CO2e reduction, and project execution.
• Manage the asset‑integrity management process for plant equipment, coordinating with OEMs, local inspection agencies, and facility‑management contractors.
• Obtain NOCs and post‑project inspection approvals from local government authorities.
• Implement process optimisations and ensure precise communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
