Assistant Manager - Product Implementation

This role will lead and drive the implementation of product launches and enhancements in the point of sales systems. The role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of product launches, robust testing governance, and continuous improvement in implementation capability.

Establish comprehensive UAT strategy and coverage

• Define and enforce a robust UAT strategy that ensures all business rules, system logic, product features are fully validated. Ensure stakeholder reviews (ACT, CP) are completed before UAT commencement and after UAT commencement.

Strengthen UAT testing and quality assurance

• Lead the planning, coverage, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test design, defect management, documentation, and stakeholder sign‑off. Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring issues are identified and resolved within agreed timelines.
