The role involves supporting the Manager and leading the team to efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Principal responsibilities
- Take a leading role in supporting the Manager to ensure the team runs effectively and efficiently day‑to‑day.
- Provide technical expertise to support colleagues as required.
- Monitor the trade enrichment for securities and cash instruments ensuring all exceptions are fully resolved with client/broker and any issues are fully documented within the system.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, non‑receipts and interest claims.
- Issue settlement instructions for trades to custodians within agreed timescales.
- Address queries from clients/brokers/custodians to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure relevant logs are maintained and managed appropriately to agreed service definitions.
