WE ARE HIRING | Assistant Manager - Payroll
Sweet Creme is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager-Payroll to join our Human Resources team. If you have strong payroll management expertise, experience handling payroll for a large-scale food retail workforce, and hands-on knowledge of Flow HCM or other renowned payroll systems, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain payroll master data and ensure data integrity within the system.
- Process salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and deductions accurately.
- Reconcile payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve payroll queries.
