Responsibilities
- Process and approve claims within authority limit which include verification of transactions & preparation of case summaries exceeding limit for superior's approval.
- Effective claims management in area of timely claims approval, finalization of outstanding claims & assist superior on other ad hoc jobs.
Individual Responsibilities
Strategic
- Execute the strategy developed by Non-Motor Claims Manager to support the business needs.
- Analyze claims trend and alert the Underwriters and Marketing Personnel of multiple claims or adverse claims experience.
- Manage the performance of service providers to ensure they comply with our requirements in term of reliability, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the team to ensure we meet or exceed the customers’ expectation.
